You work on the following assignments: Realization of a first version of the MyLeiden living lab, a personal online environment where residents of Leiden can arrange (municipal) affairs. In projects with an online component, you are the link between organization (departments of the municipality of Leiden) and IV (for example management of Servicepunt71, but also suppliers). You translate wishes into practical, feasible solutions to be developed that fit in with our vision
on service provision.
You are involved in the implementation of e-Services at the Civil Affairs department. Together with the customer experience advisor, you investigate the possibilities of e-Services in the field of service provision and you make proposals to Telemarketing list ensure that the implementation ties in as closely as possible with Common Ground principles. Propagating the Common Ground philosophy and actively searching for its applications within the municipal information provision.
You help to map out what is needed to set up the ICT architecture, work processes and information flows in such a way that we can take concrete steps with the redesign based on Common Ground principles. you You link vision and persuasiveness to a collaborative approach. You get energy from finding out the needs of your 'customers' and finding a suitable solution. You have an independent view and know what the technical possibilities are to provide a personal, accessible and reliable online service to the
resident of Leiden.
